The separate his and her dressing and bath areas have walk-in closets with custom lacquered cabinetry and islands along with oversized walk-in showers, a Jacuzzi and theatrical lighting. The Gentleman's Quarters of the Master Bath has paradiso granite covering the vanity counter, walls, ceiling and floor of the shower. Off the Master Reatreat is the Family Room equipped with a big screen TV and the main audio/visual electronics for the entire house. This octagonal shaped room offers panoramic views of the golf course. There are four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bath. Each guest suite bath area was designed so that the half baths could be private and used exclusively when entertaining guests in the main part of the house. The finished lower level can be accessed by a Dover commercial elevator or winding glass walled staircase and is home to the Caterer's Kitchen. There is a large exercise room and full bath as well as a built-in Endless Pool Swim Spa with an adjustable current.
